Personal
Karen Spencer brings her prior experience as a human resource manager, operations and inflight manager for several commercial airlines to her real estate business. Having managed multi-million dollar budgets and being held accountable for the profits, Karen knows how to be responsible with other people's purchases. She strives to help her clients become knowledgeable and help them maximize the return on their investments.
Additionally, Karen is no stranger to relocating since her father had a career in the Air Force. In fact, she recently relocated to the Dallas area and knows first hand the challenges of the home buying and selling process. Her communication skills make her an excellent consultant. She understands that good rapport builds business and garners referrals.

When not selling houses, Karen loves to play the piano, bake and chase her four-year-old son, Cameron. Her husband, Ron, is patiently teaching her the etiquette of golf and both are active in her community's homeowner's association. | |
